Since the beginning, Papilla has had strict measures in place for the protection of our clients. Single use disposables, individual Stem Cell serum bottles and alcohol wipe downs after each client are some long standing commitments we have towards preventing cross contamination.

Our beliefs have now expanded with additional COVID-19 best practices, put in place to reflect the advice of NEA and global health authorities. Developed in partnership with Clean Lab and Aadwolf Peskare, Papilla’s Clean Promise includes deep cleaning using hospital-grade disinfectants, using disposable hospital grade floormats at the entrance to reduce contamination from shoes, and many more evolved procedures throughout the centre.

Reception

No contact at check-in using SafeEntry system, contactless  temperature checking, touchless transactions, sanitizer stations and contactless check-out.

Hair seats and Facilities

Wipe down of seats using disinfectant after every client. Socially distanced seating.. Additional and more frequent deep cleaning of high touch surfaces.

Staff

Use of protective equipment by all staff. Colleague training and updating of sanitization protocols, vetted by appointed partners to provide elevated cleanliness standards. Mandatory temperature checking twice a day.

With the newly updated measures in place since 2 June 2020, clients are reassured that for Papilla, just being good enough is not enough. We are committed to high levels of cleanliness, sanitization and safety.
